The restaurant

The Birdcage Restaurant is set in a glass-fronted dining room overlooking the gardens and apple grove at Droombos Estate, just outside Windhoek. Herbs and vegetables are picked from the estate’s gardens, alongside ingredients sourced from Namibian producers.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served daily, with garden seating available depending on the weather. The seasonal menu includes vegetarian and vegan choices, wood-fired pizzas and grilled dishes.
