Guided tours last about 1½–2 hours. The operator prefers to avoid 13:00–15:00. Book in writing with the reception and follow the host’s cultural guidance.

Published visiting hours: 08:00–18:00; cultural activity may be limited during the 13:00–15:00 rest period.
Admission & permits
2026 guided visit: N$300 per adult aged 12+; N$150 per child aged 6–11; under 6 free. Direct arrangements and payment with Omapaha.
